pgxnclient software package provides command line client for the PostgreSQL Extension Network, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pgxnclient
pgxnclient is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pgxnclient package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pgxnclient *
You will get with pgxnclient package name, version, architecture and description in a table
